Do you allow pets?
Yes. We accept dogs up to 40 pounds on property. A $100 non-refundable fee will apply for hotel guests. Read our pet policy. There is a pet area located at the eastern edge of the property.
Do you have a resort fee?
No. There is no resort fee at Seminole Casino Hotel
Do you place a hold for a security deposit on my credit card at Check-in?
Yes. We hold a $100 security deposit per stay on the credit card provided at Check-in for incidental charges. The hold will be released at Check-out provided there were no charges billed back to the room.

Yes. We offer complimentary WiFi for all hotel guests.
Do you allow smoking in the hotel rooms?
Our hotel is 100 percent non-smoking. Smoking is allowed at the pool. We will always do our best to accommodate our guest’s smoking preferences however these requests are non-guaranteed and based on availability at the time of Check-in.

Yes. We have complimentary parking located on property Valet parking is also available at a charge of $10 for overnight guests. Discounts available for Wild Card Members.
Does the hotel have a workout facility?
Yes. Stay fit with 24-hour complimentary access to the Seminole Casino Hotel Fitness Studio located on thelobby level. Equipment includes LifeFitness Cross Trainer, Treadmill, Upright Cycle, Recumbent Bike, DualAdjustable Pulley, and Dumbbell sets from 5 to 50 pounds. Guests younger than 18 years old must beaccompanied by a parent. Hotel key card access is required.
Do I have to be a hotel guest to use the pool?
The Pool is available to registered guests of the hotel. The presence of a parent or legal guardian for children under 18 years of age is required. Chickee Huts are available for rent and are based on availability. Reservations are required and may be made at the front desk.
